Towson University was using an iModules-based alumni portal that saw overall engagement dwindle without showing the potential to improve. The platform led to user experiences that were impersonal and irrelevant. Towson’s Office of Alumni Relations desired a revamped portal that was both personalized and engaging for its alumni.

Towson underwent a digital transformation that fostered alumni advancement by driving engagement and collaboration.
