IBM Releases 10th Annual State of Salesforce Report
IBM recently published the State of Salesforce: Future of Business 2021-2022, the 10th annual State of Salesforce report that offers a view of how global leaders in all sectors see Salesforce reshaping how work gets done. This year’s report contains three articles that “look forward into the changing state of Salesforce and the future of business.”
The State of Salesforce is divided into three sections that cover the major needs enterprises must address to stay relevant and competitive. Those articles include:
