MILWAUKEE– 7Summits, the leader in experience-driven Salesforce platform solutions, today announces the successful relocation of its corporate headquarters to a standalone building in Milwaukee’s Third Ward. The company completed its move to 200 North Jefferson Street on January 6, 2020, ushering in 7Summits’ second decade of providing innovative digital transformation solutions.
“We are kicking off the new year in our new home. This move further enables us to maintain our upward trajectory, foster our award-winning culture and stay true to our mission of ‘creating online community experiences that transform businesses and enhance people’s lives,’” said 7Summits’ founder and CEO Paul Stillmank.
7Summits celebrated its ten year anniversary in 2019 with several major accomplishments. The consultancy achieved Salesforce Platinum Partner status; won 10 awards celebrating growth, innovation, and being a top workplace; and experienced record-setting jumps in both revenue and headcount. The office relocation sets the company up for sustained success while strengthening its commitment to the Milwaukee community.
“We worked with many local businesses throughout the moving process. From partnering with Milwaukee companies to help create our visionary space, to donating furniture to local small businesses and start-up organizations, 7Summits continues to demonstrate a community connection that will last for years to come,” Stillmank said. “When I first started 7Summits, I had generous entrepreneurs give back to me in the form of office equipment and furnishings. I was grateful to have the chance to do the same for groups like MalamaDoe, which helps female entrepreneurs establish their businesses.”
7Summits elected to move to the Third Ward for a variety of reasons, many of which revolve around the company’s social, collaborative culture. 7Summits has cultivated a workplace where talented people do amazing and rewarding work, and the new space is much more conducive to that environment. There are multiple “Zoom Rooms” where our Milwaukee-based employees can connect with their remote colleagues, and many creative collaborative spaces for group work in the more interactive, open layout.
“As 7Summits continues to grow, we need more workstations to accommodate new people without sacrificing the culture that has made us a top place to work,” continued Stillmank.
The company moves to 200 North Jefferson from Riverfront Plaza near Milwaukee’s Deer District. 7Summits will occupy the entirety of the three-level building, which previously housed Red Arrow Labs. Amenities in the building include Zoom Room incorporation, touch screens and white board walls, stand-up workstations, customized kitchen spaces, dedicated training spaces, white noise sound masking, 15 collaboration spaces, and 100% workstation access to natural light.
