7Summits Flow Actions Featured in Salesforce AppExchange Flow Solutions Category Launch

September 13, 2018

7Summits, the leader in community-driven digital transformation solutions, today joined Salesforce in launching a new category for Flow Solutions on the Salesforce AppExchange. The Flow Solutions category houses Lightning Flow Actions, which are drag-and-drop solutions that can be embedded within Flow, enabling interaction with third-party services and unleashing the full potential of business process automation on the Salesforce platform.

A select group of specialized Salesforce partners were chosen for the Flow Solutions launch, with 7Summits being the only partner to have two Flow Actions included in the set initially released. The Flow Actions from 7Summits are entitled SlideShare Presentation and Social Engagement Pack.

“Flow Actions are at the center of a new wave of innovation at Salesforce that is maximizing low-code development,” said Phil Weinmeister, Salesforce MVP and Vice President for Product Development at 7Summits, responsible for creating their new Flow Action offerings.

7Summits SlideShare Flow ActionThe SlideShare Presentation Flow Action is a Lightning Component that can be embedded within a Lightning Flow and exposed within Lightning Communities, Lightning Experience, and the Salesforce App to serve up any SlideShare content to users.

The Social Engagement Pack Flow Action contains three Lightning Components that can be used within a Lightning Flow to connect employees, partners, and customers with Facebook, LinkedIn, and Instagram via Lightning Experience & Lightning Communities.

“Having two of our Flow Actions featured in the AppExchange launch of Flow Solutions is an appreciated recognition of the great work our Product and Technology teams are delivering. It truly adds to the excitement that Salesforce is featuring these two elements alongside other 7Summits solutions during Dreamforce as examples of game-changing innovation in various Platform and AppExchange keynotes and theater sessions,” said Paul Stillmank, 7Summits CEO.

One of those additional products not yet available on AppExchange is the Learning Adventure Flow Action that 7Summits originally built by commission for Salesforce Einstein Analytics Learning Map. Slated to be showcased at the Partner Keynote during Dreamforce, The Learning Adventure Flow Action allows users to build a learning journey app in a Lightning Community or Lightning Experience. Highly configurable settings support multiple journeys in one community or instance. The simple, intuitive data model supports all requirements and the flexible user experience can mimic any design.

7Summits’ suite of Flow Actions is also joined by other proprietary solution accelerators such as Lightning Bolts (Employee Digital Workspace Bolt, PartnerFirst Bolt, Student Engagement Bolt, Alumni Engagement Bolt, Customer Experience Bolt, and Product Enablement Bolt), and dozens of Components, including: Leaderboard, Google Maps, File Loader, Events, Groups, Ideas, Members, News, Checklists, Current Weather, Social Share, Group SMS, Job Board, KB Filter, Video Gallery, LinkedIn, Partner Registration, Product Catalog, RSS/JSON Readers, Sitemap, and SmartMatch.
