After months of planning and anticipation, 7Summits officially moved into its new headquarters in Milwaukee’s Third Ward on January 6, 2020. The move into a standalone, two-story building allows the company to continue its unprecedented growth in an environment that will foster 7Summits’ collaborative culture and focus on working socially.
7Summits’ Milwaukee-based employees were joined by some of their colleagues from throughout the country for the first official day in the new space, capped off with an inaugural happy hour to celebrate the opening. Other local organizations congratulated 7Summits on their successful relocation as well. The Historic Third Ward’s welcomed 7Summits to the new neighborhood, and the Milwaukee Business Journal discussed the move in an online article posted Monday.
That story featured the following excerpt:
“[The] Dohmen [Co.] rehabbed the 200 N. Jefferson St. building and opened its Red Arrow Labs business there in 2016. Dohmen last year agreed to lease the building to Milwaukee technology and software consulting firm 7Summits.
7Summits on Monday opened for business in the Jefferson Street office, and occupies the entire building, said Bethany Perkins, vice president of marketing. The company has 65 Milwaukee-area employees. It is not related to the new building owner, but will continue to occupy the building as a tenant, she said.”

The building at 200 N. Jefferson St. brings a number of upgrades and amenities from 7Summits’ previous office on the fifth floor of the Riverfront Plaza near the Deer District. The new space has more than 15 collaboration spaces, touch screens and whiteboard walls, stand-up desks for every employee, Zoom Rooms, customized kitchens, and more.
