7Summits Celebrates Its 2019 Sherpas of the Year!
7Summits wrapped up its first decade in 2019 with a record-setting, award-winning year. The company reached new heights in both revenue and headcount, adding talented people to their team throughout the country. 7Summits also received 10 distinctions from organizations like Consulting Magazine, the Inc. 5000, Best and Brightest, and the Milwaukee Business Journal recognizing rapid growth and being a top workplace. To accommodate this growth and foster a collaborative, people-centered culture, 7Summits also successfully relocated its corporate headquarters to a standalone office in Milwaukee’s Third Ward.
In celebration of the incredible people who helped enable these numerous successes in 2019, 7Summits announced the recipients of its annual “Sherpas of the Year” to wrap up the company’s winter Team Day. The honorees represent each of the company’s core competency groups, with one award going to the overall Sherpa of the Year. Those who were honored were nominated by their managers and then chosen by a panel of executives. Winners are determined based on their contributions to the company in 2019, willingness to go above and beyond expectations, and embodiment of 7Summits’ core values.
