Story & Challenge

Rise Interactive, a Chicago-based digital marketing agency with $31M in revenue, wanted an Employee Community that would improve productivity, connect people, and allow for easier business interactions.

Strategy & Solution

Salesforce and 7Summits teamed up to create a robust employee community built on 7Summits’ product, CoreConnect for Employees. The community met all of Rise Interactive’s objectives, including increasing employee engagement, reducing email use, improving file sharing and increasing collaboration.

Rise is also able to bring external clients into the community through “Account Rooms”, which are tailored to each client and are controlled with privacy settings. Bringing employees and clients to collaborate in one space will help Rise to better serve their clients and ultimately transform the way they do business.
