Plus Relocation, an international relocation services provider, designs and implements customized mobility solutions that are perfectly aligned to the needs of the mover. Studies have shown that moving is one of the top three most stressful life experiences, and it can be daunting to understand all the pieces and timing needed to move. Plus wanted to create a community to improve communication and alignment, which would improve the ease of the moving process.

Strategy & Solution

Working with 7Summits, Plus Relocation created an online community, Elo, that is transforming the way they service customers. The new community places transferees at the center of the relocation experience by providing a single place for them to connect with everyone working on their move, including their Plus Relocation Counselor and all supplier partners. By offering the perfect balance of personal service with innovative technology, Plus has achieved a near-perfect customer satisfaction and client retention rate.
