More than a decade into its community mission to enable information sharing and connections between members, leadership recognized it was time to modernize with today’s always-connected consumer in mind. Hu-Friedy selected 7Summits to strategize, design and build a next-generation experience for its members, leveraging the Salesforce Community Cloud platform.
The new Friends of Hu-Friedy delivers a more interactive, engaging, socially connected, and mobile-friendly experience for busy dental clinicians seeking online collaboration, support, and information. Members now have even greater brand loyalty to Hu-Friedy, thanks to an endless number of opportunities to engage colleagues, earn points, achieve certifications, and receive promotional merchandise.
