Position Overview

We are rapidly growing our team and looking to add a Recruiting Sourcer.  As part of 7Summits’ Recruiting team, this new role will begin by supporting 7Summits’ candidate sourcing and leading recruiting analytics. Over time, this role will grow into helping evolve  7Summits’ candidate lifecycle. Every day will be different. Sourcing will include candidate prospecting,developing a social media or email campaign and amplifying 7Summits’ presence on LinkedIn and other online candidate boards. Oversight of recruiting analytics will include streamlining our Jazz Applicant Tracking System (ATS) and building, then testing hypotheses, that help 7Summits develop a stronger, more predictable recruiting process.


Key responsibilities that this role is expected to effectively demonstrate are as follows:

  • Conduct targeted research to locate and source qualified active and passive candidates to optimize company recruiting funnel
  • Develop content and job posts on a variety of online, social media platforms including: LinkedIn, Facebook, Twitter and Instagram
  • Oversee Jazz Applicant Tracking System
  • Track and lead analysis of  recruiting-related metrics in Jazz, such as pipeline coverage and fill rates
  • Leverage analytics to build and test hypotheses that improve recruiting processes and candidate coverage
  • Assist with evaluation of and make recommendations for recruiting research tools across the organization
  • Daily scheduling, coordination and confirmation of candidate interviews
  • Manage internal hiring manager relationships and collaborate with leadership to assess needs, develop strategies and implement work plans to meet the needs of the designated competency groups

Skills and Requirements

Basic skills and requirements needed to perform in this role are as follows:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Marketing, Communications, Accounting, or related field required
  • Strong analytical problem solving ability, with experience in Microsoft Excel
  • Experience in the sourcing and/or recruiting space focused in Corporate Recruiting, Agency Recruiter, or University Career Services preferred
  • Demonstrated position posting on social media platforms
  • Some combination of Boolean, LinkedIn, job board search, resume database search, and alternative search technique skills
