The Director of Business Analysis & Architecture is a dual role within the Business Consulting team that involves both management and individual contributor responsibilities. Managerial responsibilities include supervising Business Analysts and Business Architects; while providing career development, engagement oversight, and operational support. Additionally, the Manager role will support the continuous evaluation and improvement of the Business Consulting team including stewardship and refinements to the 7Summits methodology, tools, technologies, processes, and enablement assets. Individual contributor responsibilities include serving as a Business Analyst or Business Architect on cross functional teams during pre-sales, project, and post project engagements.
