New case study documents transformation and highlights increased conversion and retention rates for university

MILWAUKEE (June 11, 2013) – Leading social business agency 7Summits has released a new case study documenting the transformation of the admissions experience at Milwaukee School of Engineering (MSOE). In 2011, MSOE and 7Summits announced the launch of a new community, Bridge, designed to deepen engagement of prospective students, parents and counselors throughout the admissions process. The community immediately surpassed its registration goal and continues to drive record-setting conversion and retention rates for MSOE.

MSOE is one of the first universities to harness this new level of social engagement and challenge old standards in the world of admissions. The community-based admissions experience has enabled MSOE to reach application goals nine months ahead of schedule, while tracking ahead on deposited students. Bridge’s gamification features are also driving the highest application-to-matriculation rate in the university’s history.

“Our relationship with 7Summits has completely changed the way MSOE looks at the admissions process and the way we interact with prospective students,” said Dana Grennier, Director of Digital Marketing for MSOE. “Bridge has given us so many tools to reach out and communicate.”
