7Summits leads sponsors in support of iPads for Children with Autism Project

MILWAUKEE (July 30, 2013) – Social business agency 7Summits is leading the way for the Kiwanis Club of Elm Grove Golden K in their effort to raise iPads to benefit children with autism.  As part of the iPads for Children with Autism Project, a special event will be held at the Wisconsin Club, July 30 at 2:30 pm.  At the event, Jessob Reisbeck, local television personality, will help present iPads raised by 7Summits to 12 children.

The project aims to donate iPads to children across the autism spectrum. Each iPad comes equipped with apps that help the children learn everything from math to reading to socialization skills. 7Summits raised 12 iPads for the program so far, significantly contributing to goal for the Kiwanis Club of Elm Grove to give away 1,000 iPads to families identified for the program.

“Since 7Summits’ inception, we’ve had the mission to enhance people’s lives and have made it a point to provide support for organizations like this and Penfield Children’s Center,” said Paul Stillmank, Chairman and CEO at 7Summits. “This program in particular is important to me as autism touched my family. My son was diagnosed at the age of three. Daniel, now an adult, was not able to benefit from programs like this and I’m very excited to be able to help other families provide deeper, stronger education for their kids with tools like this.”
